This new book uses a psychological approach to helping children get to sleep.
It has a wonderful story in two parts. The first story is walking with Drowsy bear through Rainbow caves of relaxation, using guided meditation techniques for confidence to sleep through the night and more, and this leads to a second story with Bobo bear looking for the answers to sleep. Parents might see the long text and think the story is too long, but having used it, if you follow the instructions and read it, the relaxation takes over and children settle with eyes closed and using the imagination to see the journey to sleep in their mind. This book can settle your sleepy bears, in a calm and confident way.
